Dr. Li received his B.Sc. and M.Phil. from the University of Hong Kong, and then his Ph.D. degree from Virginia Tech. He then worked as a postdoc at Purdue University. In August 2023, he established the Laboratory of Dark Matter and Neutrinos to detect dark matter and neutrinos through highly sensitive detectors and study physics beyond the Standard Model. He is currently the Editorial Board Chair of the RELICS collaboration and Speaker Bureau of the XENON collaboration.
